Arrow keys during select and rotate move in wrong direction. #775

If you're rotating something with the select tool, the arrow keys don't move the image in the correct direction. (goes up left for some reason)

You can get around this by pressing the select tool again to keep the selection but stop rotating, however then you lose the pivot point.

Confirmed, it looks like arrow keys doesn't work when the selection is rotated.
