Add CTRL modifier to scale from the center (SHIFT+CTRL should scale proportionally from the center in all dimensions).

Maybe related to #370. We could show a button with a little anchor in the context bar to show/hide the pivot. When the pivot is visible the scaling is done from that pivot/anchor point.

In Photoshop (on Windows) Alt transform from center, Shift scale with square aspect, and Ctrl make a perspective or horz/vert skew.
