The File/Edit/Sprite Pulldowns can all be clicked and held. When the mouse is moved over an option and the mouse button is released, the option is selected. These menus also allow for a single click and release on the menu itself, then another click on the menu item to select it.

Some menus introduced in 0.9.6 (ink selection menus, rotation algorithm, etc.) only allow the second behavior. It would be nice if brush size/opacity could also be set with a click and drag, rather than two clicks. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
