Vertical flip and Horizontal flips functions affect more than selected area #337

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open a complex image (just to easily see the problem)
2.Select an area with the Marquee tool
3.Press Shift + V and / or Shift + H What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Flip only the selected area. flips more then selected area. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Aseprite 0.9.6-beta2 for WinXP/Vista/7 on Windows 8.1
