What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Open a new document
2.Create two layers A and B
3.Create another layer between A and B called C
4.The created layer is stacked on top of A and B
5.Drag layer C between A and B
6.The canvas doesn't update the new order
7.Pan the canvas or go to next frame and back
8. That will refresh the canvas What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect the canvas to show the new layer order, it stays the same until i either pan the canvas or go one frame back and forth What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.9.6 beta1
