What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install aseprite on Windows with locale different from english.
2. Try to save your picture and see that all non-english symbols look as rectangles
Hi! I've added support for Unicode on Windows platform (for v0.9.6). Anyway I should add the Russian/German charset in the Unicode font ( issue #46 ). Would you like to test a beta version? (Just to see if the file names appear correctly in your PC and you can open/save files.)

Windows 7 x64 with russian cp1251 locale charset.
