What do you need to do?

To easily add sequences of frames with static background in single layer (for mockups / full motion animations / toons) without need to manually copy/paste frames.

How would you like to do it?

I'd like to open layers/frames dialog (TAB key) and then right click on any frame and select "use previous frame" mode, so frame then should be marked with special icon like "back arrow" (<--) and in editing become mirror-copy of first previous non-"use previous frame" frame.

Insert new frame button should also copy this mode from current frame, so I can extend "use previous frame" mode as far as required when adding new frames for other layers.

I've added issue #389 with a better user experience (at least that is what I think).
