What do you need to do? Select multiple frames within the Animation Editor, then proceed to either delete them or edit their properties. How would you like to do it? Shift and Ctrl selecting them.
Also maybe consider adding set buttons to add/remove/edit frames as well, instead of relying on right-clicking?
I would also like to see this feature, along with bulk editing of certain things. It would be nice to allow the user to select a number of frames, and then allow him or her to reverse or ping-pong that particular section.
